Most of us want to live a healthier lifestyle but sometimes it can be overwhelming, not knowing where to start. Living a healthy life doesn’t have to be an all or nothing deal. It’s all about balance and finding what works for you.
Creating small habits to do during your day can help tackling a healthy lifestyle easier. They will become part of your daily routine and set you up for success. Here are my 5 small habits that I use to live a healthier life.

1. Start your morning off with a good breakfast.
Eating a good breakfast is key to feeling good early on in the day and being productive. I’m usually in a hurry in the morning so I love making a quick smoothie for the road or I’ll meal prep my meals so they are already ready for me to grab and go. 2. Be active at least once a day.
Move your butt girl! Sometimes exercise can be a task. Think of other ways to incorporate moving in your day. Do you usually sit during your lunch hour? Take a 30 min walk. Do you eat dinner then plop on the couch? Another perfect opportunity to take a night walk with your roomie or significant other. The key here is to move, even just for a little bit.
3. Do something that makes you feel good.
This can be anything; wearing a cute outfit, using new makeup, treating your body with a coffee scrub. The list goes on and on. There is no right or wrong way to go about this. Do whatever makes you feel fab. 🙂

4. Balance your bodies pH level.

5. Find time to meditate and stretch.
