Hello out there! I know, I know…It’s been awhile since I’ve posted. Shame on me. Last month I set some goals to be consistent in my posting and let’s just say this month has been a total epic fail. But I guess the month isn’t over yet so I still have a couple days to try and redeem my blogger self haha. I’ve been working on a little something on the side and can’t wait to launch it so I can show ya’ll. It’s been taking up a lot of my time and I’m trying to balance the two.

Today I want to share with you my top 5 fall purse essentials. These are things that are a must have for me this fall, especially with cold season and dry weather just around the corner. fall purse essentials

My 5 Fall Purse Essentials

1. Elderberry Zinc Lozenges

This are a must have this season. I’ve already gotten a small cold a couple of weeks ago but having these zinc lozenges on hand helped shorten the cold. They boost your immune system and provide the body with antioxidants.

2. Kleenex Tissue

Kleenex is an essential for every season! I’m always forever spilling or needing to clean something up (I’m a major klutz). Also, in the dry season of winter and fall I’m very prone to nosebleeds. Which totally suck if you’re not prepared.

3. Collagen Supplement

Hair, nails, and skin get very dry and brittle during the fall and winter months. The wind doesn’t help with this either. To begin with my nails are horrible. The split and peel and never grow long. Well guess what this girl has after a couple of weeks? Long freakin’ nails! I’m so excited to have strong healthy nails. I saw this supplement at Sprouts Farmers Market and had to try it out. I’ll be buying it on amazon from now on because it’s a lot cheaper.

4. Ginger Tea

I love Traditional Medicinals tea and especially love ginger tea for its immunity boosting properties. It’s all about your body’s immunity this fall and winter. I’m doing everything I can to keep my immune system up. On top of working out and eating healthy, I love having a hot cup of ginger or cinnamon tea before bed. šŸ™‚

5. ChapStick Natural Lip Butters

ChapStick just came out with natural lip butters and I just had to get my hands on them. They come in sweet papaya, pink grapefruit, and green tea mint.  You can find these at your local CVS. I love having lip butters on hand during the fall because I always need added moisture on my lips. Especially if the Santa Ana winds pick up. My lips get so dry and chapped. But they won’t be for long with this in my purse.

Well that’s a wrap. I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

I love your fall essentials! Here the weather is getting cold pretty fast (snow is expected this weekend) so I might have to switch to “winter” essentials already U__U but 2 things that I always have with me, no matter the season, are a lip balm and a hand cream/butter sample šŸ˜‰
