Every morning I start my day off with a smoothie of some sort. My newest addiction has been smoothies with lots of greens and berries. I’m absolutely obsessed! It gives me such a boost and I feel ready to take on the day. On top of that I’m getting a hearty dose of super greens and fruit.
Berry Green Smoothie
- 1 cup Organic Apple Juice
- 2 cups of Spinach
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1/4 cup of Strawberries
- 1/4 cup of Blackberries
- (optional) 1 scoop of you favorite protein
Put everything in a blender and let it do the work. Voila! A yummy smoothie packed with nutrients.
Another perk about this smoothie is that it’s super fast to make for an on the go snack or breakfast.
