Life is full of golden moments with family and friends. Some of my favorite moments are filled with laughter, adventure, and dancing the night away. I live for those moments so staying healthy and fit to keep enjoying those moments is so important to me.
I don’t always want to work out but I find that having a friend to workout with you helps you stay motivated and keeps you accountable. Because September is National Honey Month, I had to celebrate! I mean when there’s a chance to celebrate something, you can count me in! One of my favorite lifestyle bloggers, Camille Styles & the National Honey Board designed a workout themed party pack to make it easy to celebrate National Honey Month.
We started out with an intense workout! When I say intense, I mean intense! My friend introduced me to Sarah’s Day and man was it tough. My legs were on fire and my heart rate was skyrocketing! We had some good tunes to keep us motivated and water for those rest breaks.
Working out early Saturday morning was a great way to start the weekend. We definitely earned a post-workout snack so I made these Oat & Honey Bites that don’t need to be baked! Yay for easy recipes!
Honey is one of my favorite ingredients to use because it’s a natural sweetener and taste so darn good!
