With a couple of more weeks of summer left, I’m trying to squeeze in as many beach days before it gets too cold. Granted there will probably be warm fall days here in San Diego but it’s just not the same as those long summer days. Because I’m trying to savor my summer and keep those summer vibes going, I started natural waxing for my legs.
Recently I grew out my leg hair because I’m tired of shaving every day. It was kinda disturbing how long my hair got lol, but it was so nice to see it go! The process was pretty painless and easy to do with my Nad’s Natural Hair Removal Gel Kit.
What’s crazy is that I used to watch Nad’s infomercials on T.V. with my Grandma. She was an avid Nad’s user for years and the formula literally hasn’t changed since 1992 when Nad’s creator Sue created it in her kitchen.
The formula is made with natural ingredients including sugar, water, date extract, honey, vinegar, and lemon. How about that for natural ingredients?
I have pretty sensitive skin and when I was younger I would literally burn my skin with harsh hair removal products and bleaches! Why I would do that to myself and my skin is beyond me! The good news with this formula is that its hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested so it’s gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin. As I covered my legs with this natural gel, my body heat naturally warmed it up so there was no heating required. The kit comes with reusable cotton strips and the wax comes of easily with warm water! So you can use the same strips new strips when you have gel leftover.
Cleaning up was really easy and my legs were super soft after. The gel removes hair from the root so you will have silky smooth for up to 8 weeks. So no shaving for me for a while! Next I’m going to try my upper lip (#latinagirlproblems) and my armpits.
I would love to hear if you’ve tried Nad’s Natural Hair Removal Gel and your thoughts. 🙂 Let me know in the comments below.
