Cold and flu season in now upon us darlings (as I’m writing this from home sick from work) and lets face it even the health nuts get sick. I try to eat a balanced diet of veggies, fruit, protein and other healthy foods, but even doing this your immune system is still susceptible to germs and viruses.

    I’m really trying to focus on improving my health lately and I know how important probiotics are – I’m just terrible at taking them. These Olly probiotic sticks look like a great alternative and one I may actually remember to take!

    I have been trying to improve my health. I always take vitamins and I’m usually pretty good at remembering but I don’t currently take probiotics, I used to and I’m not sure why I stopped but I def will look into these and try them out! They look convenient.

    I love probiotics! They’ve definitely helped me, and I think you should take them before and during travel! We heard so many stories about people getting sick in Thailand, but a friend recommended probiotics and I felt great!

    These sound awesome! I love keeping up with pro (and pre) biotics! It makes me feel like I have a leg up on my health with such a small addition!
