There is no secret that breakfast is the most important part of our day. But there’s something new, or not so new! I read this study that shows how the time of day that you eat most of your calories predicts weight loss effectiveness! So this girl no longer take breakfast lightly. I load up to help boost my metabolism throughout the day and to keep myself from getting those late afternoon cravings.

Along with this, exercise and proper nutrition, I’ve been slowly making my way to my goals (yay me!). An easy way for me to get my daily greens and protein is making a smoothie and y’all know I love my protein smoothies! But today I’m whipping up something different and oh so yummy with my new weight-loss protein. It’s called Millennium Blend Metabolic Protein and it’s so yummy!
Millennium Blend Advanced Nutrition makes high quality and clean protein powders and was created by a cancer specialist physician, Dr. Nelson Stone. He was tired of seeing protein shakes filled with chemicals, too much sugar and biologically inert nutrients so he created Millennium Blend.
Millennium Blend is non GMO and has:
- No preservatives, artificial flavors or colors
- No fructose, high fructose corn syrup or transfats
- No hormones, antibiotics or pesticides
- No grain allergens
If you’re looking for a new protein powder for added nutrition I would highly recommend Millenium Blend Metabolic Protein. It’s really like no other protein I’ve tried and is made with whey from hormone-free and stress-free Wisconsin cows. The blend also contains a pre and probiotic to keep that gut health in check!
