Running Into the New Year

**Thank you Finish Line for sponsoring this post. Allopinions and thoughts are my own. #Finishline

Well here we go again. A new year, a new me. I’m really excited for 2019 and what it holds for me. This year I will be continuing good habits that I’ve made this year and incorporating new ones.

In 2018 I got into a really good workout regimen but I stopped running for whatever reason. The last couple of weeks I’ve started up again thanks to getting a new pair of kicks.

Adidas UltraBOOST 4.0 Running Shoe

I have to be honest with you guys. I’ve never tried Adidas for running…but holy cow! These babies are soooo freakin’ comfy and supportive. I ran for 3 miles the other day with no pain in my feet or legs.

The supportive cushion gives me so much comfort especially for long runs. I also love the knit fit. It fits just perfectly around the right parts of my foot. No more circulations loss in my toes or feeling uncomfortable because it’s too tight on one part of my foot and too loose on another.

I’m so motivated now with my new shoes that nothing can hold me back. Now I can really focus on my healthy habits in the year without struggling with any pain or discomfort. You can grab these at Finish Line in a variety of colors and also some cute active wear too. 🙂

Other things I’ll be incorporating as I run into 2019 on top of running more is:

  • Eating more vegetables as snacks.
  • Taking time in the morning to meditate.
  • Get outdoors more on the weekends.
  • Regular date nights with my honey.
  • Finding a skincare routine that I love and stick to it.

I like to focus on things to incorporate instead of things to change about my current lifestyle. What are some of things you’ll be trying to incorporate in the new year? Do you need to run/exercise a little more? Focus on growing your relationships?
