Today I’m sharing a simple Bulletproof Iced Coffee recipe. This is perfect for warm this warm summer weather we are having. I love ice coffee so much so thought I would try out a recipe that incorporates some healthy fats and delicious vanilla flavor.

Vanilla bulletproof iced coffee
- 2 cups – coffee
- 1 tbsp – MCT oil
- 1/4 cup – Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (serving size is 2 tbps but I wanted a little extra so I doubled it)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp – stevia
- place all ingredients into a blender and blend.
- Pour over a full cup of ice.
This recipe is so easy to make and is Keto and Low-Carb diet friendly. I love finding sugar substitutes and flavorings because that can be a difficult part of Keto/Low-Carb diets.
I was so excited to try Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup! I add it to my coffee, both hot and cold. You can add a splash for flavor or add a little extra for a stronger taste of vanilla. Get creative a try it out in this recipe or your own!
