Add water, rice, and the cinnamon sticks in a medium saucepan over high heat.
Bring to a boil and cook uncovered until rice is tender. I cooked it for about 15 mins.
Place rice in a colander to strain out the excess water and remove the cinnamon sticks.
Return the rice back to the saucepan and add La Lechera sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract and milk. Bring to a bowl then reduce to low heat and cook uncovered until mixture is thick. I cooked it for about 20 mins.
**Important-You will need to stir constantly to avoid curdling of the milk products
When pudding is done place in a bowl, top with apples, sprinkle cinnamon, and add a cinnamon stick for garnish.
