Take Yoga Anywhere with YogaDownload.com {REVIEW}

Hello darlings! I hope you are all having an amazing weekend! My weekend has been filled with doing a ton of errands and finding time for working out and myself. I love doing yoga on the weekends. After working out all week your body starts to hold tension and become tight. Yoga provides the body with some challenging balance and strength work along with deep stretching. Many of us can’t always get to a yoga studio and those classes can add up pretty quick (usually $12 a pop) but with Yogadownload.com you can save money and take quality classes.

Why Yoga Download?

With yoga studios you are so limited. You have to find the type of class you want to attend and hopefully the times that are offered fit into your busy schedule. If you’re anything like me, working full time and going to school just doesn’t provide much time for taking classes. I have some time on the weekend but I’m usually busy with homework and working on my blog. If you have the time and money to have a membership at a studio, go you!! But for me, that’s just not realistic. That’s why I love Yogadownload.com. You can do yoga on your time and your schedule while only paying $10/month for unlimited streaming of all their classes. Say what? Seriously I was blown away by the pricing. On top of that you get 4 free class downloads which can be played when you don’t have access to the internet. Now let me say this. If you aren’t a yoga person they even have Barre, Pilates, and Meditation. I love the variety that Yoga Download provides.

Yoga Download-13

Yoga for experienced and beginners.

Yogadownload.com has a little bit for everyone. On top of their amazing yoga classes they also provide music playlists, pose tutorials, online teaching training program, and workshops of all sorts. I love the printable pose guide and videos because it helps you familiarize yourself with their instructing lingo because it can differ from studio to studio. Looking for a program for pregnancy or for weight loss? They have that too! They have so many options!

I’m a big fan of Vinyasa flow especially for early mornings and to open up my tight muscles and joints. You can filter workouts by style, length, level, intensity and much more so it’s not hard to find what you’re looking for.

Is Yoga Download for you?

Is it not for you? haha serious talk! I work my butt off each week to earn the paycheck I get and that slowly disappears into bills, food, and gas. At the end of the day I don’t have a lot of dough to be spending on $95 yoga memberships or even gym memberships. I do all my fitness at home (Related: Home Gym Essentials) and I love it. Yogadownload.com will be added to my home fitness because it’s affordable and offers so much value.

So often people put their fitness and health aside because they simply just can’t afford it and it shouldn’t be like that. It makes me downright mad! Because down the road 15/20 years from now that lack of care for yourself will turn into medical bills…ain’t no one got money for dat! ;P You have to put yourself and your health first. Self care is the best care ladies and don’t forget that. Yoga Download-11Yogadownload.com is offering 50% off your first month of membership! Just try it out! I guarantee you will love it. Just use the banner below.

    This is a great idea, especially the downloads you can play without Internet access. I’m always looking for ways to stay in an exercise routine when traveling and I think something like this would be ideal.

      I would highly recommend this site then! It’s like having a yoga teacher right in your home. I usually pay $12 a class when I go to the studio but with this it’s so much cheaper and you’re not limited to yoga. There’s Barre and Pilates which I love!

      It’s so good for beginners and there is always an instructor in the videos explaining how your body needs to be positioned and correct postures. I love it!

    I live out of hotels so I love this idea! Usually I’ll do my yoga on Youtube, but I love not needing wifi!

      Oh wow! What do you do? YouTube does have a lot of great yoga classes. What I love about Yoga Download is that they have instructors making sure you’re doing things correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. And of course the plus of downloading your favorites when you don’t have wifi! 🙂
